For this training, we focused on options for lighting up a path.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1311\" data-end=\"1530\">Path lighting comes down to spacing and placement. There&rsquo;s no fixed distance. The goal is enough light to move from one fixture to the next without gaps. The coverage can reach roughly the size of a pickup truck once it hits the ground.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1817\" data-end=\"1973\">It takes more effort upfront, but the visual impact is on another level. A 25' lead paired with an extra 18\" lead at the fixture opens up options for branching, adding BTREs, or leaving access for future expansion.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"211\" data-end=\"289\">During this training, we covered the benefits of these wiring methods:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"291\" data-end=\"691\">\n<li data-section-id=\"18si0cs\" data-start=\"291\" data-end=\"388\"><strong data-start=\"293\" data-end=\"308\">Daisy chain<\/strong> &ndash; fast to install and efficient on wire. Works well for straightforward runs.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ax3y7c\" data-start=\"389\" data-end=\"520\"><strong data-start=\"391\" data-end=\"403\">T method<\/strong> &ndash; helps balance voltage across branches and keep output more consistent over distance. Useful when splitting runs.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1mz2iwo\" data-start=\"521\" data-end=\"691\"><strong data-start=\"523\" data-end=\"551\">Central connection point<\/strong> &ndash; clean layout with fewer connections at each fixture. Easier to service and expand, with more even voltage distribution across the system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2416\" data-end=\"2485\">Most layouts call for a mix, depending on distance, load, and access. For this training, we used the central connection point method.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2487\" data-end=\"2645\">Using a dedicated connection point junction box, like the CS100, keeps everything accessible. A slight change in angle can move a hot spot off a trunk and spread light across the canopy.
